You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Arion Maniatis, Kirchplatz 2, 55286 Sulzheim, Germany, e-mail: arion@maniatis.de, phone: +49 173 6320493) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery, nor to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
