When you place an order, we process the data required to perform the contract: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address and order details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). This data is used solely to process your order and is not used for advertising.
Retention: We store order data for as long as necessary to perform the contract and to comply with statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax law, generally up to 10 years).
We use PayPal for payment. The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When you pay with PayPal, the data provided during the order process and payment data are transmitted to PayPal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. USA); PayPal bases such transfers on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
To send order and shipping confirmations by e-mail we use the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin). Brevo processes your e-mail address and the confirmation content on our behalf (processing on behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre within the EU. When the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This serves technical provision and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. For the shopping cart, only technically necessary data is held temporarily in your browser; it does not leave your device and is not evaluated for analysis purposes.
