This is a non-binding service translation. The German version of this text is legally binding.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through this online shop with Arion Maniatis, Kirchplatz 2, 55286 Sulzheim (the “Seller”).
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing payment via PayPal you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail or delivers the goods.
All prices stated are final prices. Due to the small business regulation under § 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged or shown separately. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
Payment is made via PayPal. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.
Delivery is made within the European Union. Free local pickup in 55286 Sulzheim is available by appointment.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in the separate withdrawal policy.
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment.
Statutory warranty rights apply.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
