One grove, 400 trees

Our oil comes from a single estate in Messinia, a region celebrated for its fertile soil and ideal climate. From a carefully tended grove of just around 400 trees we create an oil that carries the character of its origin in every drop.

A single harvest

We deliberately pick the olives before they fully ripen, capturing their vibrant, robust flavours. The result is a fruity, harmoniously spiced oil of consistent quality.

Responsible farming

In a small, manageable grove we can oversee every step – from gentle pest management to careful water use – preserving the landscape of Messinia and its ecosystem.

Arion Maniatis

About the producer

As a child, Arion Maniatis spent every summer with his grandmother in Messinia. His father grew up there with eight siblings – in years when the olive oil from the family grove was often the one thing they could rely on. That bond with the oil and the region has never left him.

Today Arion divides his time between Germany and Greece and has been running the family's olive grove for several years. His choice is a deliberate one: quality over yield. Harvested early, carefully processed, in small quantities – an oil that follows ambition rather than volume.

Arion has deepened his craft: he completed his taster training at a seminar in Milan and is a member of O.N.A.O.O. (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori Olio di Oliva), based in Imperia.
